Shipping:

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are included in the item price.
• Global Shipping: We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some items cannot be shipped internationally.
• Preparation time:
  • Standard items: 3 - 4 business days.
  • Formal dresses: 5 - 7 working days.

Returns:

• Return shipping costs: We pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our mistake (for example, you received the wrong or defective product).
• Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days after the customer receives the order. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
• Return shipping costs: All shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refund process: If the item arrives with the identification security tag intact, a refund will be issued immediately upon inspection.
• Non-returnable items: Products from the FORMAL DRESSES category or products made to individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
